It’s coming to my favourite time of the year… Autumn, where the air is crisp cold and the leaves are falling off the trees which basically makes everything scenic. There’s nothing better than adjusting to colder temperatures with thicker jumper and a hot cup of coco! Here’s my sweet and comforting hot chocolate.

Prep Time: 0 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Serves: 1

for hot chocolate

· 250ml oat milk

· 2 tbsp cacao powder (I use Sevenhills)

· 1 tbsp smooth almond butter (I use Pip & Nut)

· 1 tsp date syrup (I use Biona Organic)

1. Place a small saucepan on a low – medium heat. Add all the ingredients to the saucepan and allow to simmer.

2. Keep stirring until all the ingredients have melted, creating a smooth texture

3. Pour into your favourite mug to serve

Enjoy, xx
