Hi, I'm Laura and I have an ever-growing passion for food.

Having had a sensitive digestive system for most of my life, I have learnt throughout recent years on how to make my belly more happy. I now want to share that happiness through food with you.


I am by no means a nutritionist but after turning to a plant-based diet in 2017, I have not only noticed positive changes in my body, but it has also helped me build on my hobby of cooking where I love spending most evenings and weekends creating nourishing wholesome meals for my boyfriend & I.
