BERRY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

Smoothies are the most convenient breakfasts or snacks, you can take it anywhere with you or even enjoy it in bed whilst lost in a book. This berry smoothie feels like a sweet treat too!


Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

for smoothie

· 300ml almond milk

· 1 tbsp chia seeds (I use Naturya)

· 1 tbsp cacao powder (I use SevenHills)

· 1 tsp almond butter (I use Whole Earth)

· 30g frozen raspberries

· 30g frozen blueberries

· Optional 1 tbsp hemp protein powder (I use Naturya)

METHOD

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds, until smooth
